1. General Terms

Reservations may be cancelled by the customer at any time before the scheduled pick-up.

All cancellations must be submitted through our official booking platform, by email, or by phone.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

If cancelled within this period, no charges will apply and any prepayment will be fully refunded.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up will incur a one-day rental fee.

If the rental period is shorter than one day, the full rental amount will be charged.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to collect the vehicle without prior cancellation, the full rental amount will be charged.

Prepaid bookings are non-refundable in case of no-show.

5. Early Return

Returning the vehicle before the agreed rental period does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused days.

6. Modifications

Reservation modifications (date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability.

If modifications result in cancellation, the above cancellation rules apply.

7. Special Conditions

For peak seasons, holidays, or promotional offers, stricter cancellation rules may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
